Microfiction

 Short Story

One cold night, a priest and a nurse walked out of a bar. No one saw them go in, nor did they know where they came from. No one saw where they sat, what they drank, or what they even talk about to each other. Did they do anything? Was anyone waiting for them? As a curious bystander walked past them, he was so shocked by what he had seen he dropped to his knees, foams coming out of his mouth. The priest and the nun were both faceless. No eyes, no nose, no mouth, nothing. Who were they? Were they ghosts? Or even demons?

I thought about going with something with more horror and excitement for this little microfiction. What better combination for a horror story than the Catholic priest and the nun themselves? The tweet is something I came up with after watching the Eagles v.s. Seahawks game. Man, Carson Wentz is a turnover machine. I'm honestly not really sure why the Eagles still have him as the starting quarterback but I believe it's time for Jalen Hurts. #Untamed

  1. Taeam, great job on the microfiction! It is both genius and hilarious that you used a football game to write a horror story about a Catholic priest. The best part was obviously the turnover!
